LEVEL INFORMATION

BEGINNER LEVEL

This is a class focused on those who have never done yoga or have practiced but do not know the Iyengar method.

It is a dynamic class where we work the foundations of the method.

(More experienced practitioners are also welcome in these classes).

The class is every Thursday at 7:30 am, always includes the video so that later they can practice it until we meet again the following Thursday.

ALL LEVEL

This is a general level class, open to all levels of practitioners (from beginners to more advanced).

During class I give variations for the different levels.

This level can be combined with classes on Thursdays if you are a beginner.

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL*

This level is for those who have been practicing Iyengar yoga uninterruptedly for at least 3 years. That they can practice Sirsasana and Salamba Sarvangasana in a long and stable way.

ADVANCED LEVEL*

This level is for those who have been practicing Iyengar yoga uninterruptedly for at least 6 years (or if they have my authorization to enter).

A constant and stable practice of pranayama as well as inverted postures is expected.

​

 

* In the intermediate and advanced level plans you have the option of practicing twice on Thursdays.

* All plans include 1 Saturday class per month.
