FAQ´s

WHICH PROPS DO I NEED FOR CLASSES?

Don't worry if you don't have all the props at the beginning! Some of them can be replaced by other things. Ideally over time, investing in some basic props is a good idea. For intermediate and advanced levels you will need several blankets and a yoga chair.

These are the suggested props:

  • 1 yoga mat

  • 2 wooden blocks (can be replaced by books)

  • 1 yoga belt (or strap)

  • 1 or 2 bolsters (can be replaced by 2 long, firm cushions or blankets)

  • 4 blankets (can be replaced by any blanket or thick towels)

  • 1 folding yoga chair

  • 1 free wall (a door can be used)

RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Always try to log in to class about 10 minutes before so you can prepare for your practice and start calmly.

  • Set your screen so that your image is displayed full-length, including your mat.

  • Leave at least 2 hours without eating and it is not recommended to drink water during practice.

  • Wear comfortable clothes that are not too loose to make it easy for me to verbally adjust you, ideally shorts and a t-shirt.

  • Variations will always be given during class to women on their period.

  • Finally, find a quiet place for yourself so that you can concentrate, be and enjoy your practice!
